In 2001, the experience, the initiative and the desire to work with a single objective are united: to offer technological solutions that adapt to the needs of the client. Thus, from the hand of a young and highly qualified team, MODUMAQ is born. a company dedicated to engineering and the integration of specialized equipment in end of line for the graphic and pharmaceutical industry.
In 2005, the company experienced great growth, consolidating itself as a provider of automatic order and shipment preparation systems for the graphic industry and printing centers, carrying out multiple installations in the main publishing groups of the country and exporting its technology to other countries.
In 2012, Modumaq takes a new direction towards the logistics sector, which is the main turning point in the company’s history. From this moment, the company experiences extraordinary growth, based on innovation and integration of new technologies, which is accompanied by great business achievements, and supported by the best quality programs of large companies, such as the prestigious program Rolling On Interroll of the Interroll group.
In 2018 we jumped borders, carrying out one of the largest logistics projects carried out in South America, which positions us within the logistics sector globally.
In 2019, MODUMAQ presents a specific department to develop automation and integration projects. This department will be responsible to define standard software and implementation of Modumaq’s projects.
The objective is develop new projects aimed at digital transformation, industry 4.0 and integration of automatic systems. In addition, we offer a service hot-line and post-sale electrical/mechanical assistance to give all the guarantees in the continuity of the system

In 2021, MODUMAQ is integrated into the international automation platform SCIO Automation to keep the international markets expansion, assuming larger projects thanks to the availability of more resources, equipment, technology and solutions from the different companies on the platform, from autonomous robots for the movement of goods, autonomous tugger train vehicles or miniload storage systems.

We turn our company policy into the internal logistics sector. We begin to provide innovative solutions for intralogistics, especially pharmaceutical logistics and electronic commerce.
MODUMAQ presents a specific department whose objective is the growth and expansion of software developments, offering a wide range of after-sales services such as predictive, corrective and hot-line maintenance.
We enter the graphic and press sector thanks to a large number of facilities for the largest publishing groups. We also started in the development of automations for the pharmaceutical and food sector.
Thanks to our team and our partners we expand to the Latin American market by implementing an order classification system in one of the most important companies in the country.From Modumaq we have maintained our original DNA in which our felixibility and adaptability prevail, reaching the highest category in program “Rolling On Interroll” of Interroll Group as a “Approved Value Creator”
Modumaq expands to new markets after being acquired by international group SCIO Automation, so Modumaq becomes headquarters in Spain, being a strategic point between Europe and LATAM, having a more complete technical team and technology by international automation platform.
